The Girl Power program is an all-girl, multi-sport program professionally designed to develop motor skills and agility, promote physical fitness, and create self-confidence in young girls. This program consists of varied games and activities, both static and functional movements, to increase body control in girls of all levels. We incorporate activities from our four sport programs to create an all-around athletic girl!
